概要 | 1. Introduction
Since Daphnia magna has a strong positive phototaxis, it can be used to control its behavior in any direction by changing the lighting conditions. In our previous researches, we have developed a system to transport an object to a desired position by using behavior controlled daphnia. We used a behavior control pool with blue LEDs arranged on the side wall of a petri dish-shaped pool to control a Daphnia magna in the desired direction [1], In this research, we propose a method to utilize the daphnia as a main character that you can control in computer games using adaptive reality technology, for amusement applications. |
