| 概要 | In this study, we initially tried to control the behavior of medaka by phototaxis. However, medaka did not show any positive/negative phototaxis to the weak LCD display light. On the other hand, when the moving black and white stripes were projected on the LCD display, the medaka showed the behavior of following the movement of the stripes. This is caused by the basic mechanism of the positive rheotaxis of medaka, which try to stay in a certain position against the water flow. Using this phenomenon, we succeeded in automatically controlling the behavior of medaka. |
